It’s impressive how there is such a variety of flora and colour here at Chorlton Ees – although I refer to it as Chorlton Meadows as the title of my four year old photographic project. There are one or two kestrels you might see here and I was told, once, about a kingfisher at nearby Chorlton Brook. I’ve probably seen a few kingfishers over the years. The only one I recall however was at Wilmslow Park. I don’t know what the white flower is.
