Nice area, but it didn’t have any decent compositions to capture. But I liked these rocks, using maximum depth of field. My zoom lens, 17-40mm, is perfect for varied mountain photography. Shots like this are wide angle. The advice that you walk around with a prime lens finding different angles to compensate for not having a zoom is flawed. You can’t get shots like this with a 50mm lens or even a 28mm.
